RSL_IE_OSMO_TEMP_OVP_ACCH_CAP and RSL_IE_OSMO_OSMUX_CID have been defined for a while now, but are still not documented. Until someone who knows them can document them properly, we need to at least acknowledge their existence, and show the IEI code points that have been allocated to them, so it is clear from the documentation what IEI code points have already been allocated and where new extensions are to be added.
