	Instead use object allocated STL vectors. This simplifies code, removes the need to explicitly release buffers, and fixes a memory leak in destructor deallocation. Also, remove simplified init and release sub-calls. Maintain partition filter allocation using memalign() for SIMD alignment requirements.
