From 0f157e7e2ba7c3429b7e6acbc86cf19a9b6f36de Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: David Rosa Date: Wed, 15 Nov 2023 23:20:53 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] docs: Update Spanish translation for "Narrow to". The word "Filtrar" is ambiguous in this context since it can be interpreted as "filter out" which is the opposite of what we want here. "Buscar solo" is a better phrase that we can use unambiguously and consistently for all instances of "Narrow to". --- docs/translating/spanish.md | 7 +++++-- 1 file changed, 5 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/docs/translating/spanish.md b/docs/translating/spanish.md index 8a08345b69..a50dcdff37 100644 --- a/docs/translating/spanish.md +++ b/docs/translating/spanish.md @@ -64,8 +64,11 @@ Zulip friendly and usable. ## Frases - Subscribe/Unsubscribe to a stream - **Suscribir a/Desuscribir de un canal** -- Narrow to - **Filtrar solo**: this is _filter only_, because there's no other - word that's common enough in Spanish for _to narrow_ except for "filtrar". +- Narrow to - **Buscar solo**: this translates to _search only_.
