compose: Fix overflow in expanded compose box preview mode.

Fixed a bug in expanded compose box preview mode,
which lead to buttons at the bottom of the compose box
being pushed off the screen and text overflowing.

Manually tested for different screen sizes.

Fixes: #23493.
