6b3399d7e6 markdown: Rewrite include plugin without markdown-include. 
markdown-include is GPL licensed.

Also, rewrite it as a block processor, so that it works correctly
inside indented blocks.

b88192d5bb integrations: Add Gitea integration. 
Gitea integration adopted from Gogs integration with minor
adjusting. More events are now handled.
