6b3399d7e6 markdown: Rewrite include plugin without markdown-include. 
markdown-include is GPL licensed.

Also, rewrite it as a block processor, so that it works correctly
inside indented blocks.

188273d8f5 integrations: Add JSON Printer webhook integration. 
I have added the JSON Printer integration which will show any webhook
payload inside a code block which is useful for webhook testing.

Fixes #17969.
