Creates a URLRedirect for this help center article to go to the
new "Moving to Zulip" guide.
Updates the astro.config.mjs file for the changes to the help
center sidebar that have been made as part of the replacement
of this help center guide.
Fixes#31499.
Fixes the URLRedirects for "help/about-streams-and-topics" and
"help/streams-and-topics" to go to "/help/introduction-to-topics"
since "help/channels-and-topics" has been redirected to that URL.
Note that the link in zulip_update_announcements.py is not updated
so that the content in the source code reflects what users actually
received in the update announcement message.
Also create dedicated channels and topics sections in sidebar.
Makes 'start a new topic', a section in introduction to topics
page.

Changes url from /help/all-messages to /help/combined-feed.
Also renames files "all-messages.md" and "go-to-all-messages.md"
to "combined-feed.md" and "go-to-combined-feed.md" respectively.

This commit renames "default" views to "home" views in the setting
labels, keyboard shortcuts list, help documentation and its urls.
This commit does not do changes in variable and class names, setting
field in database, API docs and changelog.

With the private messages -> direct messages migration, we should
rename the "Starting a new private thread" help center article.
- Renames article to "Starting a new direct message"
- Updates relevant section in /help/getting-started-with-zulip
- Fixes typo in /help/send-group-dm

Updated the title and description in the 'enable-emoticon-translation'
file and renamed the file accordingly. Added a new bullet point for
'time format' in the 'configure-new-user-settings.md' file and updated
the sidebar index by replacing the title 'Use 24-hour time' with
'Change the time format'.
Replaces instances of "recent topics" in the web-app and documentation
to be "recent conversations".
Renames both `recent-topics.md` files in the help center to be
`recent-conversations.md` and updates/redirects links to new URL.
Does not update instances of "recent topics" in frontend code comments
and does not update the main overview changelog, for now.
Does not change case study text where "recent topics" was referenced
in a quote, but does change generic text references to be "recent
conversations".
Renames the help article on custom profile fields to reflect that
its content is not just about adding fields.
Adds a redirect from the old URL to the new URL and updates internal
links, linking to #add-a-custom-profile-field where appropriate.
