01ebb2c85f refactor: Pass realm to bulk_remove_subscriptions. 
We made a very similar change to bulk_add_subscriptions
earlier in the year.

460119986b management: Fix typing for management scripts.

2c01354569 management: Use required kwargs in add_realm_args.

8807cddc90 audit_log: Correctly add acting_user in bulk_remove_subscriptions. 
Earlier we were not adding acting_user while creating RealmAuditLog
objects in bulk_remove_subscriptions. Improved tests_subscriptions
to check it.

8e7ce7cc79 python: Sort migrations/management command imports with isort. 
This is a preparatory commit for using isort for sorting all of our
imports, merging changes to files where we can easily review the
changes as something we're happy with.

These are also files with relatively little active development, which
means we don't expect much merge conflict risk from these changes.

e124837cdc management commands: Fix incorrect use of user_profile.email. 
All of these management commands should be interacting with
.delivery_email; this results in buggy behavior with
EMAIL_ADDRESS_VISIBILITY_ADMINS.

becef760bf cleanup: Delete leading newlines. 
Previous cleanups (mostly the removals of Python __future__ imports)
were done in a way that introduced leading newlines.  Delete leading
newlines from all files, except static/assets/zulip-emoji/NOTICE,
which is a verbatim copy of the Apache 2.0 license.

2b0a7fd0ba Rename models.get_realm_by_string_id to get_realm. 
Finishes the refactoring started in c1bbd8d. The goal of the refactoring is
to change the argument to get_realm from a Realm.domain to a
Realm.string_id. The steps were

* Add a new function, get_realm_by_string_id.

* Change all calls to get_realm to use get_realm_by_string_id instead.

* Remove get_realm.

* (This commit) Rename get_realm_by_string_id to get_realm.

Part of a larger migration to remove the Realm.domain field entirely.

`Realm.string_id` replaces 'Realm.domain'
in the management commands.

71a06d58de Convert uses of Realm.objects.get() to get_realm(). 
get_realm is better in two key ways:
* It uses memcached to fetch the data from the cache and thus is faster.
* It does a case-insensitive query and thus is more safe.

e111a2f9a5 [manual] Rename Django app from zephyr to zerver. 
This needs to be deployed to both staging and prod at the same
off-peak time (and the schema migration run).

At the time it is deployed, we need to make a few changes directly in
the database:

(1) UPDATE django_content_type set app_label='zerver' where app_label='zephyr';
(2) UPDATE south_migrationhistory set app_name='zerver' where app_name='zephyr';
