When moving content between the include files and the docs files while
copy pasting them, there was a need to change the imports everytime
this was done. This was inconvenient to do.
We considered path aliases to solve this problem but not all editors
support path resolution via those aliases and thus we change the
directory structure instead.
We change imports for components, include files and images in this
commit.

For KeyboardTip.astro and ZulipTip.astro, we were using type assertions
and thus needed to suppress eslint warnings that were being thrown.
We are starting the cutover process and starlight_help is the directory
we have agreed on to place our new help center project. We do not want
to use `starlight_help` as the URL for the project, but this commit
changes the url from `help-beta` to `starlight_help` temporarily since
we can only change URL once we get rid of the current help center
project. That will be done in a future commit.
We do not want icon + `Keyboard Tip:` to occupy it's own row. Our
approach for this component and most of the logic is similar to
ZulipTip. We prefer having separate components for note, tip and
keyboard tip, that is why we have duplicated code between ZulipTip and
KeyboardTip, we should think about having a single underlying component
for both to avoid duplication in the future.
We do not have any cases of non paragraph content in keyboard tip, so we
have removed that chunk of code when copying over logic from ZulipTip.

These tags are not limited to just KeyboardTip, so we want to run the
transformation on all html.
We need to run the transformation client-side since the user's keyboard
style is only known at that time.
We had to override the HEAD component since that's what starlight
recommends to do if we want to include local assets on every page. If we
were using a remote js file, we could have modified the head config
option provided by starlight.
The script file to adjust the tags is mostly just copy-paste of the
original function to adjust for the lack of JQuery. Most of the comments
are also copy-pasted.
One change in the new script is to just use ⌘ symbol directly instead of
using zulip-icon since we don't have any centering problems in the new
help center.
