e2d56db2a3 message_cache: Use the sender’s recipient_id for incoming 1:1 DMs.
For an incoming 1:1 DM, the recipient’s own recipient_id is useless to

recipient can use recipient_id as documented to uniquely represent the
set of 2 users in this conversation.

0d5d305a47 register: Optmize computing can_invite_others_to_realm.
We already have fetched all the groups that the user is
member of, so we can just check if can_invite_users_group
is included in that list of groups like we do for similar
fields like can_create_public_streams, etc.

This helps us in saving a DB query.

Fixes #32408.

3dc82eed57 user_groups: Refactor code to compute user group objects.
This commit refactors code in user_groups_in_realm_serialized
such that we do not prefetch "can_mention_group__direct_members"
and "can_mention_group__direct_subgroups" using prefetch_related
and instead fetch members and subgroups for all groups in separate
queries and then use that data to find the members and subgroups
of the group used for that setting.

This change helps us in avoiding two prefetch queries for each
setting when we add more group settings.

e7f2a0958a custom_profile_fields: Send event on commit in notify_realm...fields.
Earlier, we were using 'send_event' in
'notify_realm_custom_profile_fields' which can lead to a situation,
if any db operation is added after the 'send_event' in the action
functions using it, where we enqueue event but the action function
fails at a later stage.

Events should not be sent until we know we're not rolling back.

b44d30add7 events: Optimize computing can_create_streams and related fields.
Currently, for computing fields like can_create_public_streams
and can_create_private_steams fields, is_user_in_group is called
to check whether the user is part of the group which has the
permission. This means that there will be one DB query for each
field.

To optimize this, we now first fetch all the groups that the
user is member of, including the anonymous groups which are
used for settings, such that we can then just check whether
the user is part of the group which has the permission meaning
we would need only one query to compute all the fields.

This would be helpful when settings for other similar fields
will also be migrated to groups framework.

ff8f797c5c test_event_system: Fix test_queries test.
Before this commit, 3 DB queries were actually needed for "realm"
event type but the test mentioned 1 because, the related stream
setting fields were already fetched when testing the case for all
event types above it.

So, when testing the query count for only "realm" event type the
cached realm object was used and no extra queries were made for
the stream settings.

This commit updates the test to refetch the realm before testing
each event type separately, so that we test the actual query count.

e23af20079 realm: Prefetch group settings only for "/register" response.
This commit updates code to prefetch realm group settings like
"can_create_public_channel_group" only when computing settings
for "/register" response by refetching the realm object with
select_related instead of fetching those settings in UserProfile
query.

This change is done because we do not need to prefetch these
settings for every UserProfile object and for most of the cases
where these settings are actually accessed, we can afford extra
query like when checking permission to create streams. But we
cannot afford one query extra for each setting when computing
these settings for "/register" response, so we re-fetch the
realm object with select_related leading to only one extra
query.

The query count changes in tests are -
- Query count increases by 1 when calling fetch_initial_state_data
for computing can_create_public_streams because Realm object from
UserProfile does not have prefetched setting fields.

- Query count increases by one in test_subs where streams are
created which is as expected due to the setting not being prefetched.

- Query count increases by 2 in tests in test_home.py where one
query is to refetch the realm object and one for computing
can_create_public_streams as mentioned above.

ac4dde24ae realm: Add an alias realm_url and deprecate realm_uri in the API.
The naming `uri` is deprecated while `url` should be used in order to
satisfy URL standards. For this reason, four endpoints are affected:

* The response content of three endpoints `/server_settings`,
`/register` and `/realm` that contain a field `realm_uri` is
changed to `realm_url`.

* In one of the common fields for all mobile push notifications payloads,
`realm_url` field is now added as an alias to `realm_uri`.

For backwards compatibility, we keep the field `realm_uri` and add
an alias `realm_url`.

0079688c49 tornado: Drop WebReloadClientError logic.
The widening of the time between when a process is marked for
reload (at Tornado startup) and when it sends reload events makes it
unlikely-to-impossible that a single `/` request will span both of
them, and thus hit the WebReloadClientError corner case.

Remove it, as it is not worth the complication. The bad behaviour it
is attempting to prevent (of a reload right after opening `/`) was
always still possible -- if the `/` request completed right before
Tornado restarted -- so it is not clear that it was ever worth the
complication.

a6287faea4 tornado: Stop collapsing "restart" events via virtual events.
Collapsing was done incorrectly, as 65c400e06d added `zulip_version`
and `zulip_feature_level`, but did not update the virtual event logic
to copy those new values into the virtual event.

However, it is unlikely that a server will be upgraded multiple times
in quick enough succession for this to ever be relevant. Remove the
logic, which is additional complication for little or no gain.

ae72151ec1 streams: Pass stream_weekly_traffic field in stream objects.
This commit adds code to pass stream traffic data using
the "stream_weekly_traffic" field in stream objects.

We already include the traffic data in Subscription objects,
but the traffic data does not depend on the user to stream
relationship and is stream-only information, so it's better
to include it in Stream objects. We may remove the traffic
data and other stream information fields for Subscription
objects in future.

This will help clients to correctly display the stream
traffic data in case where client receives a stream
creation event and no subscription event, for an already
existing stream which the user did not have access to before.
