This module was originally introduced in 2016 to assist adding mypy annotations to the project. Back then static type checking was not that established throughout the codebase, so it was helpful to be able to print out the types for type checking purposes. This workflow is no longer helpful for improving type annotations right now, and it has been unused for a while. Signed-off-by: Zixuan James Li <p359101898@gmail.com>
