David Rosa 719e92ffb8 help: Document Markdown formatting for wildcard mentions.

- Documents wildcard mentions (`@all`, `@everyone`, `@stream`),
  linking to /help/mention-a-user-or-group#mention-everyone-on-a-stream
  from the intro text.

Fixes #25783.
