View a user's channel subscriptions

- Select the Channels tab.

Subscribe a user to a channel
Organization administrators can configure which roles have access to subscribe other users to a channel.

- Select a channel.

Under Add subscribers, enter the user's name or email address.

Click Add.

Select the Channels tab.

Under Subscribe user to channels, select a channel from the dropdown list. You can start typing to filter channels.

Click the Subscribe button.

Unsubscribe a user from channel(s)

Anyone can always unsubscribe themselves from a channel.

- Select a channel.

Under Subscribers, find the user you would like to remove from the channel.

In the Actions column, click the Unsubscribe button in that row.

Select the Channels tab.

Under Subscribed channels, find the channel you would like to remove the user from.

Click the Unsubscribe button in that row.
