markdown-include is GPL licensed.
Also, rewrite it as a block processor, so that it works correctly
inside indented blocks.

Go to your Freshping dashboard and click Settings. Click Integrations and then click Create Integration under Webhooks.

Set Domain URL to the URL create above. Click Create.
