A recent commit removed test coverage for the actual filtering/sorting of mention typeaheads when you did a non-silent method. This commit now tests that important step again. Note that we also had (and still have) tests that make sure the is_silent flag is set correctly by get_candidates. We don't have a true full-stack test, but those can be quite tricky to set up and maintain.
