Adam Birds 795e41f317 integrations: Update Pingdom Documentation.

I have updated the Pingdom documentation to include numbers to increase
ease of readability.

Fixes part of #17633.

Zulip supports integration with Pingdom and can notify you of uptime status changes from your Pingdom dashboard.

Create your integration by clicking on the Add Integration button and filling the form like so:
