These files are not Jinja2 templates, so there's no reason that they needed to be inside `templates/zerver`. Moving them to the top level reflects their importance and also makes it feel nicer to work on editing the help center content, without it being unnecessary buried deep in the codebase.

Mobile notifications
You can customize whether stream messages, private messages and mentions trigger notifications in Zulip's Android and iOS apps.

- Toggle the checkboxes for Streams and PMs, mentions, and alerts in the Mobile column of the Notification triggers table.

Mobile notifications while online
You can customize whether or not Zulip will send mobile push notifications while you are actively using one of the Zulip apps.
!!! tip "" When testing mobile notifications, make sure Zulip is configured to send mobile notifications even when you're online.
