The astro dev server takes a lot of memory and is disabled by default in `run-dev`. We add another option to only run the dev server which is the recommended mode for development. We still keep around the `--help-center-dev-server` mode for folks who have machines with higher specifications. This directory contains scripts that are used in building, managing,
testing, and other forms of work in a Zulip development environment.
Note that tools that are also useful in production belong in
scripts/ or should be Django management commands.
