The ability to create a channel is not yet implemented for the initial launch of the Flutter mobile app, so we remove the legacy React Native app instructions. This feature is tracked in: https://github.com/zulip/zulip-flutter/issues/1572 Part of #34748.

Click Create channel on the right, or click the plus () icon in the upper right.

Fill out the requested information.

(optional) Click on Advanced configurations to review and update additional channel settings.

Click Continue to add subscribers.

Add users who will be subscribed to the channel, and click Create.

permission to create channels.
