This commit modifies the doc.md to: * Use consistent language and style. * Use the number 1 for all numbered steps and let Markdown take care of the rest. * Have detailed steps on how to get to the Integrations settings instead of just linking to the page. * Remove unnecessary screenshots.

Zulip supports integration with Delighted and can notify you about updates in feedback responses organized by Delighted.

On your Delighted dashboard, click on Settings in the top-right corner. Click on Integrations. Scroll down and click on Webhooks.

Under Send webhook notifications for, set Webhook URL to the URL you created above. Click Save and turn on.
