+## Session & Subscription Management
+- **SMF Enhancements:**
+  Improved handling of SDM subscriptions to UDM during the PDU session lifetime.
+- **Optional PLMN-ID:**
+  Added support for an optional PLMN-ID parameter in SDM GET queries (AMF/SMF).
+- **5GMM Cause Reporting:**
