The ip.access nano3G needs the first RTP payload's first two bytes to read hex 'e400', or it will reject the RAB assignment. Add flag patched_first_rtp_payload to mgcp_rtp_state to detect the first RTP payload on a stream, and overwrite its first bytes with e400. This should probably be configurable, but seems to not harm other femto cells (as long as we patch only the first RTP payload in each stream). Only do this when sending to the BTS side. So far, we have made it work with the Siemens BS-11, various Ericsson RBS2xxx BTS models and the Nokia MetroSite. * A-bis over IP as used by the ip.access nanoBTS product family as well as the Open Source OsmoBTS software (by the same authors as OpenBSC). OsmoBTS in turn supports various transceiver hardware, including the sysmoBTS product family, as well as SDR transceivers supported by OsmoTRX, such as the UmTRX or USRP boardss. * IuCS and IuPS over IP towards an HNB-GW (see osmo-iuh) for UMTS (3G) voice and data links.
