- Add 'npx prisma migrate deploy' to the update command in manage.sh - Ensures database schema is updated when running update command - Fixes issue where new features (like version checking) wouldn't work after updating without running migrations The update_instance function already had migrations, but the manage.sh update command was missing this crucial step.
