Updates icons and adds instructions for formatting text using the new formatting buttons in the compose box. Fixes #27850.

Insert a time

Click the Add global time () icon at the bottom of the compose box to open the date picker.

Select the desired time by clicking with your mouse, or using the arrow keys + Enter.

Click Confirm to insert the selected time.
