In tools/setup/postgres-init-dev-db line 10:

                           ^-- SC2027: The surrounding quotes actually unquote this. Remove or escape them.

In tools/setup/postgres-init-dev-db line 46:
    echo 'ERROR: Try `sudo service postgresql start`?'
         ^-- SC2016: Expressions don't expand in single quotes, use double quotes for that.

In tools/setup/postgres-init-dev-db line 64:
PGPASS_ESCAPED_PREFIX="*:\*:\*:$USERNAME:"
                         ^-- SC1117: Backslash is literal in "\*". Prefer explicit escaping: "\\*".
                            ^-- SC1117: Backslash is literal in "\*". Prefer explicit escaping: "\\*".
