Lauryn Menard dedea23745 help-docs: Move help center documentation to top level directory. 
These files are not Jinja2 templates, so there's no reason that they needed
to be inside `templates/zerver`. Moving them to the top level reflects their
importance and also makes it feel nicer to work on editing the help center content, 
without it being unnecessary buried deep in the codebase.

Change your password

You can reset your password at any time, as long as you either know your current password, or have access to the email address associated with your account.

If you've forgotten or never had a password

If you know your current password

  1. Under Account, click on the password field (it should look like ********).

  2. Enter your old password and your new password, and click Change.
