Adds mobile-menu icon to shared icons. Adds "mobile-help" class for CSS rule that updates the icon color in the help documentation when describing the Flutter app. Part of #34748.

# Configure how links open in mobile apps

You can configure whether website links will open directly in the Zulip app, or

|
in your device's default browser.
|

## Configure whether to open links within the app

1. Tap the **Menu** (<i class="zulip-icon zulip-icon-mobile-menu mobile-help"></i>)

tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
|
|
|

1. Tap <i class="zulip-icon zulip-icon-gear mobile-help"></i> **Settings**.
|
|
|
|
1. Toggle **Open links with in-app browser**.
